1A prayer at the removing of the ark. 4An exhortation to praise God for his mercies, 7for his former care of the church, 19and daily providence over it. 20The church hath confidence in his future protection. 24The magnificent pomp of bringing up the ark. 28A prayer for the confirmation of God's goodness to his church. 32An exhortation to all kingdoms to praise the God of Israel.

1 Let 1God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee abefore him.
2 As 1smoke is driven away, so drive them away: 2as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 But 1let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them aexceedingly rejoice.
4 1Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: 2extol him that 3rideth upon the heavens by his name 4JAH, and rejoice before him.
5 A 1father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in 2his holy habitation.
6 God 1setteth the 2solitary ain families: he 3bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the 4rebellious dwell in a dry land.
7 O God, when thou 1wentest forth before thy people, 2when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:
8 The 1earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 Thou, O God, 1didst asend a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst bconfirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.
10 Thy 1congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, 2hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.
11 The Lord gave the word: 1great was the acompany of those that published it.
12 Kings of armies adid flee apace: and 1she that tarried at home divided the spoil.
13 Though ye 1have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as 2the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.
14 When 1the Almighty scattered kings ain it, 2it was white as snow in 3Salmon.
15 The 1hill of God is as the 2hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan.
16 Why leap ye, ye high hills? this is 1the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, the Lord will dwell in it for ever.
17 The 1chariots of God are twenty thousand, aeven thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, 2in the holy place.
18 Thou 1hast ascended on high, 2thou hast led captivity captive: thou 3hast received gifts afor men; yea, for 4the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them.
19 1Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even 2the God of our salvation. Selah.
20 he that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong 1the issues from death.
21 But 1God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.
22 The 1Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again 2from the depths of the sea:
23 That 1thy foot may be adipped in the blood of thine enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same.
24 They have seen 1thy goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.
25 The 1singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels 2playing with timbrels.
26 1Bless ye God in the congregations, even the Lord, afrom 2the fountain of Israel.
27 There is 1little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah aand their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.
28 Thy God 1hath commanded thy strength: 2strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.
29 1Because of thy temple at Jerusalem 2shall kings 3bring presents unto thee.
30 1Rebuke athe company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: bscatter thou the people that delight in war.
31 1Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon 2stretch out her hands unto God.
32 1Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah:
33 To him 1that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth asend out 2his voice, and that a mighty voice.
34 1Ascribe ye strength unto God: 2his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the aclouds.
35 O God, thou art 1terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he 2that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.
