Psalm 75 KJV

The Psalmist praiseth God: 2he promiseth to judge uprightly: 4he rebuketh the proud by a display of God's superintending providence: 9he promiseth to praise God, and execute justice.
To the chief Musician, aAl-taschith, A Psalm or Song bof Asaph.
Unto 1thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that 2thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
aWhen 1I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
The 1earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: 2I bear up 3the pillars of it. Selah.
I 1said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, 2Lift not up the horn:
Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a 1stiff 2neck.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the asouth.
But 1God is the judge: 2he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
For 1in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
But 1I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
All 1the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but 2the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
