Psalms 104

Psalm 104 KJV

A meditation upon the majesty, power, and wonderful providence of God. 31God's glory is eternal. 33The prophet voweth to praise God perpetually.
Bless the 1Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, 2thou art very great; 3thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
Who coverest thyself 1with light as with a garment: 2who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
Who 1layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: 2who maketh the clouds his chariot: 3who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
Who 1maketh his angels spirits; his 2ministers a flaming fire:
aWho laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
Thou 1coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
1At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
aThey go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.
Thou 1hast set 2a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
aHe 1sendeth the springs into the valleys, which brun among the hills.
They 1give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses aquench their thirst.
By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which asing among the branches.
He 1watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
He 1causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
And 1wine that 2maketh glad the heart of man, and aoil to make his face to shine, and 3bread which strengtheneth man's heart.
The 1trees of the Lord are full of sap; 2the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
1Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, 2the fir trees are her house.
The 1high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for 2the conies.
He 1appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
Thou 1makest darkness, and it is night: wherein aall the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
The 1young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
The 1sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
1Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
O Lord, 1how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of 2thy riches.
so is 1this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
1There go the ships: there is that 2leviathan, whom thou hast amade to play therein.
1These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
that thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.
Thou 1hidest thy face, they are troubled: 2thou takest away their breath, they die, and 3return to their dust.
Thou 1sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou 2renewest the face of the earth.
The 1glory of the Lord ashall endure for ever: 2the Lord shall rejoice in his works.
He 1looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.
I 1will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
1My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.
Let 1the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. 2Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. aPraise ye the Lord.
