Psalms 24

Psalm 24 KJV

God's sovereignty over the whole world. 3Who shall stand in his holy place. 7The solemn entrance of the Lord into his sanctuary.
A Psalm of David.
The 1earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
For 1he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
Who 1shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his 2holy place?
aHe 1that hath clean hands, and a 2pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive 1the blessing from the Lord, and 2righteousness from 3the God of his salvation.
This is 1the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, aO Jacob. Selah.
Lift 1up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the 2King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? 1The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.
Lift 1up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who 1is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
