Psalms 43

Psalm 43 KJV

1The Psalmist praying God to judge his cause, and restore him to his temple, promiseth to serve him joyfully there: 5he encourageth his soul to trust in God.
1 Judge1 me, O God, and plead my cause against an aungodly nation: O deliver me bfrom the deceitful and unjust man.
2 For thou art 1the God of my strength: 2why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
3 O send out 1thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy 2holy hill, and to 3thy tabernacles.
4 Then 1will I go unto the altar of God, unto God amy exceeding joy: yea, 2upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.
5 Why 1art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
