Hosea Chapter 3 KJV

By the prophet taking unto him an adulteress is shewed the desolation of Israel, and their restoration.
1 Then said the Lord unto me, Go yet, love 1a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress, 2according to the love of the Lord toward the children of Israel, 3who look to other gods, and love flagons aof wine.
2 So 1I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver, and for an homer of barley, and an ahalf homer of barley:
3 And I said unto her, 1Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be for another man: so will I also be for thee.
4 For the children of Israel shall abide many days 1without a king, and without a prince, and 2without a sacrifice, and without aan image, and without an 3ephod, and without 4teraphim:
5 1Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and 2seek the Lord their God, and 3David their king; and shall fear the Lord and 4his goodness in the 5latter days.
