Psalms 76

Psalm 76 KJV

God's majesty set forth in his notable defence of the church: 11an exhortation to serve him reverently.
To the chief Musician on 1Neginoth, A Psalm or Song aof Asaph.
In 1Judah is God known: 2his name is great in Israel.
In 1Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion.
There 1brake he the arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah.
Thou art more glorious and excellent than 1the mountains of 2prey.
The 1stouthearted are spoiled, they have 2slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands.
At 1thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both 2the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.
1Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and 2who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
1Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
1When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
Surely 1the wrath of man shall praise thee: the 2remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.
1Vow, and pay unto the Lord your God: let 2all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought ato be feared.
He 1shall cut off the spirit of princes: he is terrible to the kings of the earth.
